Estos datos nos han ayudado a comprender los patrones de reserva y a informar la estrategia de precios de nuestro algoritmo. Los usuarios tambi\u00e9n han utilizado estos datos a trav\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/hello.pricelabs.co\/es\/market-dashboards\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">de los paneles de control del mercado<\/a> para actualizar su estrategia de precios a trav\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/help.pricelabs.co\/portal\/en\/kb\/articles\/pricing-customizations\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">de nuestras personalizaciones de precios y estancias m\u00ednimas<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Los datos que mostramos en nuestro \u00faltimo <\/span><a class=\"_e75a791d-denali-editor-page-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fRhOxq9urxw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">seminario web (sobre las tendencias de recuperaci\u00f3n)<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> fueron particularmente sorprendentes, y presentamos algunos de ellos aqu\u00ed (actualizados a medida que obtengamos m\u00e1s datos).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analizamos 4 grandes temas sobre las tendencias en las reservas de alquiler a corto plazo y vacacional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-los-mercados-de-alquiler-vacacional-generalmente-se-estan-recuperando-mas-rapido-que-los-mercados-urbanos\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"los-mercados-de-alquiler-vacacional-generalmente-se-estan-recuperando-mas-rapido-que-los-mercados-urbanos\"><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Los mercados de alquiler vacacional generalmente se est\u00e1n recuperando m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que los mercados urbanos<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto era algo esperado: los centros urbanos dependen mucho de las grandes reuniones de personas (conferencias, conciertos, reuniones de negocios) para la demanda de viajes. La mayor\u00eda de los grandes eventos en todo el mundo se cancelan y la demanda empresarial tardar\u00e1 en recuperarse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del mismo modo, el turismo interno va a ser el primero en reiniciarse, y todo el mundo dudar\u00e1 en viajar a trav\u00e9s de la frontera durante un tiempo. Esto significa que pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos, con una proporci\u00f3n mucho mayor de turistas nacionales, se recuperar\u00e1n antes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hello.pricelabs.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/MidJuly-BookingVolume.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1660\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-tendencia-de-las-reservas-a-medio-plazo-esta-llegando-a-su-fin\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"la-tendencia-de-las-reservas-a-medio-plazo-esta-llegando-a-su-fin\"><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">La tendencia de las reservas a medio plazo est\u00e1 llegando a su fin<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En marzo y abril, hubo un aumento en las reservas a medio plazo, mientras que las reservas m\u00e1s cortas se agotaron. El resultado fue que la duraci\u00f3n media de la estancia (LOS) se duplic\u00f3 en algunas localidades. Ese LOS promedio ahora ha vuelto a los niveles observados a principios de a\u00f1o, lo que indica que las estad\u00edas a mediano plazo fueron m\u00e1s una tendencia a corto plazo. Eso era comprensible, ya que nadie sab\u00eda si podr\u00edan hacer viajes m\u00e1s lejos o no. Algunos cambios desde entonces:  <\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>There is still uncertainty in the markets, and share of super last min stays (in purples) is still higher than in Jan\/Feb.
