Dans cet article, je souhaite vous expliquer mon parcours pass\u00e9 et comment j&#8217;utilise cette exp\u00e9rience pass\u00e9e aujourd&#8217;hui chez PriceLabs. Je vais tout particuli\u00e8rement vous parler de l&#8217;importance de suivre et analyser vos courbes de r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que Revenue Manager \/ Property Manager (gestionnaire), nous avons tous acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de nombreux chiffres au quotidien. Cependant, sommes-nous conscients de la mani\u00e8re dont nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer nos performances par exemple ? L&#8217;un des principaux changements consiste \u00e0 diviser Portfolio Analytics en deux sections &#8211; Pacing &amp; KPIs et Rapports Historiques. Cela nous permet de nous concentrer davantage sur l&#8217;analyse r\u00e9trospective dans la section Rapports Historiques et sur l&#8217;analyse prospective dans la section Rapports de Pacing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de plonger dans la section consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la courbe de r\u00e9servation, examinons rapidement la notion de rythme (pacing). Le pacing compare l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de r\u00e9servation actuelle aux performances pass\u00e9es ou \u00e0 un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d\u00e9fini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"observer-le-rythme-compare-au-marche-pour-optimiser-les-tarifs-et-maximiser-les-revenus\"><\/span>Observer le Rythme Compar\u00e9 au March\u00e9 pour optimiser les tarifs et maximiser les revenus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit de la premi\u00e8re section de l&#8217;outil Pacing. Elle montre comment l&#8217;\u00e9tat actuel d&#8217;une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 se compare \u00e0 ce qui se passait \u00e0 la m\u00eame \u00e9poque l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Par exemple, si vous regardez vos r\u00e9servations pour le mois de mai, la section Rythme Compar\u00e9 au March\u00e9 vous montrera comment vos r\u00e9servations pour ce mois de mai se comparent \u00e0 vos r\u00e9servations pour le mois de mai de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et vous aidera \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des strat\u00e9gies pertinentes en tant que Revenue Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"courbes-de-reservation-pour-vous-aider-a-comprendre-levolution-des-indicateurs-cles\"><\/span>Courbes de r\u00e9servation pour vous aider \u00e0 comprendre l&#8217;\u00e9volution des indicateurs cl\u00e9s<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans tous les r\u00f4les et produits divers que j&#8217;ai g\u00e9r\u00e9s auparavant, une chose est commune &#8211; les courbes de r\u00e9servation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;essence des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques de revenue managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me section de l&#8217;outil Pacing est la section Courbe de r\u00e9servation. Cette section est un outil ax\u00e9 sur l&#8217;\u00e9volution. Elle aide les revenue managers et gestionnaires \u00e0 voir comment des changements sp\u00e9cifiques qu&#8217;ils ont effectu\u00e9s ont pu avoir un impact sur les r\u00e9servations. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement voir comment certains changements qui ont eu lieu, n&#8217;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 sous votre contr\u00f4le. L&#8217;analyse de l&#8217;impact des strat\u00e9gies tarifaires et marketing sur les r\u00e9servations au fil du temps peut s&#8217;av\u00e9rer extr\u00eamement utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec les courbes de r\u00e9servation, nous pouvons facilement voir comment les r\u00e9servations, les revenus et l&#8217;ADR se comportent par rapport aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Vous pouvez voir l&#8217;\u00e9volution des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent et analyser les performances. Avec cela, vous pouvez \u00e9galement voir des insights exploitables pour conduire la gestion des revenus et les changements de strat\u00e9gie de tarification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre courbe de r\u00e9servation est-elle plus performante pour une certaine p\u00e9riode ? Quand les performances se sont-elles am\u00e9lior\u00e9es ? Qu&#8217;avez-vous fait pour d\u00e9clencher cette am\u00e9lioration ? Il s&#8217;agit des meilleurs indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance \u00e0 suivre sur nos courbes, car ils montrent o\u00f9 nous devrions r\u00e9ajuster la strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devons-nous nous concentrer davantage sur l&#8217;ADR ou sur l&#8217;occupation au cours d&#8217;un mois donn\u00e9 afin d&#8217;atteindre des performances RevPAR optimales ? Par exemple, si les courbes d&#8217;occupation et d&#8217;ADR ralentissent, cela peut indiquer que le march\u00e9 est stable et que les prix peuvent \u00eatre ajust\u00e9s pour attirer plus de clients.
