Nous avions constat\u00e9 que les \u00e9v\u00e8nements et conf\u00e9rences du secteur, se d\u00e9roulant en France ou en Europe, ne nous permettaient pas de parler \u00e0 bon nombre de gestionnaires et professionnels du secteur. Nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;organiser le PriceLabs Roadshow 2023, pour venir \u00e0 votre rencontre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme toute nouvelle initiative, il faut commencer par tester, nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous concentrer sur un secteur g\u00e9ographique (le sud  est de la France) et 3 villes en particulier : Cannes, Nice et Lyon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces 3 villes sont un parfait exemple des diff\u00e9rentes typologies de gestionnaires que l&#8217;on peut trouver en France : de l&#8217;urbain, du littoral, des appartements, des villas, des immeubles et m\u00eame des conditions tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8res, comme le march\u00e9 des congr\u00e8s \u00e0 Cannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marie Fages (Solution Consultant) et Romain Giacalone (Marketing France) de notre \u00e9quipe, ont donc pris la route et sont all\u00e9s \u00e0 la rencontre des gestionnaires locaux. Nous avions demand\u00e9 \u00e0 nos partenaires de venir avec des questions ou informations cibl\u00e9es sur la ville o\u00f9 nous \u00e9tions. L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tant de comprendre les pr\u00e9-occupations pr\u00e9cises de ces march\u00e9s. Chacun participant \u00e0 pu soumettre ses th\u00e8mes et questions. Les partenaires et associations ont pu questionner les gestionnaires pr\u00e9sents et les professionnels du secteur ont eux pu alerter sur certaines probl\u00e9matiques et tendances. Les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par certaines des solutions propos\u00e9es par nos partenaires ont pu profiter d&#8217;un \u00e9change personnalis\u00e9. Il y a beaucoup de diff\u00e9rence entre certains gestionnaires qui s&#8217;appuient sur les tendances futures et arriver \u00e0 d\u00e9gager des revenus sup\u00e9rieurs et d&#8217;autres qui ne se basent que sur leurs donn\u00e9es historiques, pour ajuster leurs tarifs futurs. Nos ateliers en fin d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e8nement, ont vraiment permis d&#8217;ouvrir la discussion et \u00e0 chacun d&#8217;\u00e9changer sur sa propre approche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nombreux retours positifs des participants et partenaires, nous confortent dans l&#8217;id\u00e9e de garder un format propice aux \u00e9changes. On constate que les grands \u00e9v\u00e8nements permettent de rencontrer beaucoup de monde, mais rarement de prendre le temps d&#8217;\u00e9changer en d\u00e9tails avec chaque personne. Cette prise de temps, autant c\u00f4t\u00e9 partenaires que gestionnaires, a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En incluant \u00e0 nos \u00e9v\u00e8nements les 2 associations nationales que sont le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.splm-france.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">SPLM<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseauclf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">R\u00e9seau CLF<\/a>, nous a permis de constater que ces 2 entit\u00e9s, et leurs membres, sont de plus en plus li\u00e9es. Il est bon de voir que des discussions ont lieu, dans le but de mettre en commun les forces et initiatives de chaque association, pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble de la profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier tous les participants qui sont venus \u00e0 notre rencontre lors de ces 3 \u00e9ditions du PriceLabs Roadshow 2023 et qui ont jou\u00e9 le jeu, en participant \u00e0 nos discussions.
