En 2021, nous \u00e9tions une \u00e9quipe d\u2019\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 30 personnes (contre 150 aujourd&#8217;hui) qui venait de subir des changements importants sur le march\u00e9, comme le COVID puis le boom de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Nous avions alors recueilli \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de cette phase, nous nous sommes rendu compte que notre fa\u00e7on de proc\u00e9der, comme celle de la plupart des autres solutions de <a href=\"https:\/\/hello.pricelabs.co\/fr\/tarification-dynamique-tout-comprendre\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">tarification dynamique<\/a>, manquait d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 dans ce genre de situation. Nous avons lanc\u00e9 notre premier algorithme en 2014 et y avons&nbsp; apport\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations notables, au fil du temps. Il \u00e9tait, cependant, temps de r\u00e9ellement monter en puissance et de cr\u00e9er quelque chose qui r\u00e9ponde beaucoup mieux aux besoins de notre client\u00e8le, qui ne cesse de cro\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons consacr\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps \u00e0 la refonte de Pricelabs, et ce, sur la majorit\u00e9 des aspects :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>collecte des donn\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stockage ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mod\u00e8les informatiques et algorithmiques ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9veloppement de nombreux outils ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dire que cela ne fut qu\u2019une promenade de sant\u00e9 serait une conclusion un peu trop rapide. Tous ces changements (accompagn\u00e9s de sueur, de larmes et de frustration) ont malgr\u00e9 tout donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 notre nouvelle version <em>Breakthrough<\/em> ! Nous sommes ravis de vous&nbsp; pr\u00e9senter ce que nous consid\u00e9rons comme un changement radical dans la fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00e9valuer le prix de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s dans le secteur du tourisme et de la location de courte dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hyper-local-pulse-le-tout-nouvel-algorithme-de-pricelabs-version-breakthrough\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"hyper-local-pulse-le-tout-nouvel-algorithme-de-pricelabs-version-breakthrough\"><\/span>Hyper Local Pulse, le tout nouvel algorithme de PriceLabs version Breakthrough<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit donc d\u2019une r\u00e9volution dans la mani\u00e8re dont fonctionne notre algorithme d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour le <em>Revenue Management<\/em>, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. <em>HLP<\/em> permet une augmentation de votre RevPar de 26 % !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secret ? Une \u00e9quipe d\u2019experts en conception informatique et en gestion des donn\u00e9es de haut vol. Au cours des derniers mois, de nombreux tests ont confirm\u00e9 que <em>HLP<\/em> avait bien chang\u00e9 la donne. Comme son nom l\u2019indique, il utilise des ensembles de donn\u00e9es hyper localis\u00e9es, mais pas que. Il est capable de faire des pr\u00e9visions&nbsp; et de la programmation dynamique de pointe pour arriver \u00e0 ces r\u00e9sultats. Les nouveaux utilisateurs peuvent en profiter automatiquement.
