C&#8217;est dans ce contexte que PriceLabs organise un webinaire le <strong>2 juillet prochain<\/strong>, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour les professionnels de l&#8217;h\u00e9bergement en Martinique et Guadeloupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a pour objectif de lever les freins autour de la tarification dynamique, de pr\u00e9senter des donn\u00e9es de march\u00e9 exclusives et d&#8217;accompagner les h\u00f4tes antillais vers plus de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-marche-en-forte-croissance-mais-sous-exploite\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"un-marche-en-forte-croissance-mais-sous-exploite\"><\/span><strong>Un march\u00e9 en forte croissance mais sous-exploit\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec <strong>11 000 logements actifs en Guadeloupe<\/strong> (soit +870 en un an) et <strong>10 000 en Martinique<\/strong> (+700), la location courte dur\u00e9e s&#8217;impose comme un v\u00e9ritable moteur \u00e9conomique local. Pourtant, <strong>plus de 70 % des h\u00f4tes<\/strong> sont encore des particuliers ou des micro-gestionnaires, souvent peu \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour adopter des pratiques tarifaires professionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les revenus restent concentr\u00e9s sur <strong>seulement trois mois<\/strong> dans l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, cr\u00e9ant une forte d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 la haute saison. Une analyse de Welkomz souligne que &#8220;la prolif\u00e9ration des meubl\u00e9s touristiques sans accompagnement professionnel entra\u00eene une saturation du march\u00e9 et limite les perspectives de croissance.&#8221; L&#8217;article met \u00e9galement en lumi\u00e8re des \u00e9carts importants de performance entre les h\u00f4tes utilisant des outils professionnels et ceux rest\u00e9s sur une gestion artisanale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, les h\u00e9bergeurs antillais qui misent sur des tarifs fig\u00e9s ou sous-estim\u00e9s passent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de revenus substantiels, notamment lors d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements saisonniers comme les vacances scolaires, les festivals ou les comp\u00e9titions sportives. Le rapport Welkomz insiste ainsi sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;une mue vers une gestion plus professionnalis\u00e9e, capable de suivre les tendances, la concurrence, et les attentes croissantes des voyageurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-erreurs-tarifaires-les-plus-frequentes\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"les-erreurs-tarifaires-les-plus-frequentes\"><\/span><strong>Les erreurs tarifaires les plus fr\u00e9quentes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es PriceLabs r\u00e9v\u00e8lent des <strong>erreurs tarifaires r\u00e9currentes<\/strong> chez les h\u00f4tes antillais, freinant leur potentiel de revenus.
