Announcing Integration with Guesty – A Full Service Vacation Rental Management Service

We are excited to announce integration with Guesty – many of you have already been using this integration successfully even before we could make the announcement! This seamless integration allows property managers using Guesty to take advantage of PriceLabs’ data-driven pricing and push optimized nightly rates to Airbnb and various other channels through Guesty. Vacation rental property managers across the world are using PriceLabs, the only global vacation rental pricing optimization tool, to increase revenues. PriceLabs algorithm which has been refined over the last 2 years uses data from multiple sources such as occupancy, seasons, tourist demand, special events, and historical booking trends to calculate nightly rates that improve occupancy and nightly rates for property managers. In addition to a Property Management System, Guesty is also a professional management service for Airbnb hosts. They provide a wide range of services, from 24/7 guest communication and booking management, to scheduling & coordinating with cleaners and on-the-ground services, to Airbnb optimization. They provide automation features touching every part of your business: messaging, reviews, pricing, tasks, and more. The easy integration allows Guesty users to import their properties to PriceLabs platform and see the recommended prices almost instantaneously. To do so,

1. After logging in to Guesty, go to Account > Integrations > Marketplace > Pricing > PriceLabs Now click on the connect button
2. Generate an API token that you will use to get connected with PriceLabs and copy to clipboard.
3. Login to PriceLabs and press the “Connect your PMS account” button. Choose Guesty, and enter the API token in the screen below.
4. And voila! Your listings should now show on the PriceLabs dashboard. You can now review and customize prices (more on that here), and once satisfied, synchronize these prices with Guesty.
5. You should be able to see the PriceLabs integration in Guesty by going to Account > Integrations > My Integrations > PriceLabs
