Os usu\u00e1rios tamb\u00e9m usaram esses dados por meio <a href=\"https:\/\/hello.pricelabs.co\/pt-br\/market-dashboards\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">de pain\u00e9is de mercado<\/a> para atualizar sua estrat\u00e9gia de pre\u00e7os por meio <a href=\"https:\/\/help.pricelabs.co\/portal\/en\/kb\/articles\/pricing-customizations\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">de nossas personaliza\u00e7\u00f5es de pre\u00e7os e estadia m\u00ednima<\/a>.  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Os dados que mostramos em nosso \u00faltimo <\/span><a class=\"_e75a791d-denali-editor-page-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fRhOxq9urxw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">webinar (sobre tend\u00eancias de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> foram particularmente impressionantes, e estamos apresentando alguns deles aqui (atualizados \u00e0 medida que obtemos mais dados).<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Analisamos 4 grandes temas sobre tend\u00eancias em reservas de aluguel de curto prazo e de temporada aqui:<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"os-mercados-de-aluguel-por-temporada-geralmente-estao-se-recuperando-mais-rapidamente-do-que-os-mercados-urbanos\"><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Os mercados de aluguel por temporada geralmente est\u00e3o se recuperando mais rapidamente do que os mercados urbanos<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Isso era um tanto esperado &#8211; os centros urbanos dependem muito de grandes aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoas (confer\u00eancias, shows, reuni\u00f5es de neg\u00f3cios) para a demanda de viagens. A maioria dos grandes eventos em todo o mundo \u00e9 cancelada e a demanda de neg\u00f3cios demorar\u00e1 a se recuperar. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Da mesma forma, o turismo dom\u00e9stico ser\u00e1 o primeiro a reiniciar, e todos hesitar\u00e3o em viajar pela fronteira por um tempo. Isso significa que pa\u00edses como os EUA, com uma parcela muito maior de turistas dom\u00e9sticos, se recuperar\u00e3o mais cedo. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">&#13;\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1715 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hello.pricelabs.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/MidJuly-BookingVolume.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1345\" height=\"630\"\/><\/figure>&#13;\n<\/div>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"a-tendencia-de-reservas-de-medio-prazo-esta-chegando-ao-fim\"><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A tend\u00eancia de reservas de m\u00e9dio prazo est\u00e1 chegando ao fim<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Em mar\u00e7o e abril, houve um aumento nas reservas de m\u00e9dio prazo, enquanto as reservas mais curtas secaram. O resultado foi que o tempo m\u00e9dio de perman\u00eancia (LOS) dobrou em alguns locais. Esse LOS m\u00e9dio est\u00e1 agora de volta aos n\u00edveis observados no in\u00edcio do ano, indicando que as estadias de m\u00e9dio prazo foram mais uma tend\u00eancia de curto prazo. Isso n\u00e3o significa que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o se concentre em atrair estadias mais longas &#8211; na aus\u00eancia dos n\u00edveis usuais de demanda por estadias curtas, as estadias de m\u00e9dio prazo ainda devem ser algo a ser atra\u00eddo para aumentar a receita de seus an\u00fancios.   <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">&#13;\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1710 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hello.pricelabs.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/MidJuly-LOS.png\" alt=\"LOS m&#xE9;dio por mercado e m&#xEA;s de reserva\" width=\"1153\" height=\"706\"\/><\/figure>&#13;\n<\/div>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"alem-do-mercado-norte-americano-de-aluguel-por-temporada-os-precos-estao-deprimidos-em-todos-os-outros-lugares\"><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Al\u00e9m do mercado norte-americano de aluguel por temporada, os pre\u00e7os est\u00e3o deprimidos em todos os outros lugares<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>A tend\u00eancia dos pre\u00e7os \u00e9 indicativa da demanda e da recupera\u00e7\u00e3o: o mercado norte-americano de aluguel por temporada se recuperou fortemente, e isso se reflete no pre\u00e7o!<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">&#13;\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1712 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hello.pricelabs.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Mid-July-ADR.png\" alt=\"Tarifa m&#xE9;dia reservada por noite por mercado e m&#xEA;s da reserva\" width=\"1178\" height=\"708\"\/><\/figure>&#13;\n<\/div>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"os-hospedes-estao-ficando-confortaveis-reservando-estadias-para-o-far-out-novamente\"><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Os h\u00f3spedes est\u00e3o ficando confort\u00e1veis reservando estadias para o far-out novamente<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Outra grande tend\u00eancia que vimos durante o pico da incerteza foi que muito mais estadias de \u00faltima hora estavam acontecendo (a parcela de reservas no mesmo dia e na mesma semana disparou). Isso era compreens\u00edvel, pois ningu\u00e9m sabia se eles seriam capazes de fazer viagens mais distantes ou n\u00e3o. Algumas mudan\u00e7as desde ent\u00e3o:  <\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>There is still uncertainty in the markets, and share of super last min stays (in purples) is still higher than in Jan\/Feb.
