PriceLabs For Revenue Management

PriceLabs for Hosts focuses on property owners and hosts across channels like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and more. We started using pricelabs a few weeks in and it helped juice our revenue. We went with a higher base price than suggested since they dont account for the fact that we have a pool. It helped us understand demand. If your not using dynamic pricing youre leaving $$$ on the table

@Pricelabs However the algorithm pushed the price to 28k using objective timely info… it didn’t use…lack of confidence…self doubt…hang ups… to set the price. I stayed up all night and asked myself… WHERE ELSE AM I PLAYING SMALL?
