PriceLabs is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data. This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your PriceLabs account and its associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request to permanently delete your PriceLabs account and all associated data using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Within the PriceLabs App

• Log in to your PriceLabs account on the mobile app.
• Open the left navigation menu and select About.
• Tap Delete Account.
• This will open your default email app with a pre-filled subject line. Simply send the email to initiate your request.

Option 2: Contact Support Directly

If you no longer have access to the app, or prefer to request deletion directly:

• Email us at [email protected] from your PriceLabs registered email ID linked to your account.
• Subject: Request for Account and Data Deletion
• Once submitted, our support team will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 30 business days.
