How much does Dynamic Pricing cost?

Dynamic pricing provides automated daily rate and minimum stay updates based on market data and your listings' performance. You get a 30-day free trial when you add your listings for the first time. The cost varies depending on the number of synced listings and location:
•USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel: $19.99 USD per listing/month (plus taxes where applicable).
Brazil: 47.50 BRL per listing/month (plus taxes where applicable).
Rest of the world: $9.99 USD per listing/month (plus taxes where applicable).
We have a sliding pricing scale, meaning rates are discounted from the second listing onwards. We also have a percentage billing plan available — please contact us to know more.

Do I need to enter my credit card to begin my free trial?

No payment or credit card information is needed to access your free trial. Once the free trial is over, you can choose if you want to continue or not. To continue, please enter your payment information in the Billing page of your account.

If you pause syncing for any inactive listing, you will not be charged after the end of the current billing period.

How does the booking percentage plan work?

Aside from the flat fee subscription, we also offer a percentage billing plan that is 1% of the total revenue that we're seeing from your integrated platform (booking channels or PMS). Generally, flat fee plans are cheaper, but if you prefer the percentage plan, we have it available. After you start your free trial, please reach out to us at support@pricelabs.co to switch to the booking percentage plan.

After the free credit expires, pricing starts at $9.99 per dashboard per month and scales by listing count (plus taxes where applicable).

No, these dashboards are separate from our Dynamic Pricing product. Once you sign up to PriceLabs, you can create your own dashboards without connecting your listings.

Absolutely yes! We track vacation rental markets globally. Users define the area they want to track by specifying an address and radius, and our intelligent algorithm starts delivering insights from any location within minutes. We recommend creating dashboards for markets with at least 300 listings to ensure accurate and insightful data.

How do you remove the dashboard?

To stop a dashboard from refreshing and a new charge from being generated, simply toggle off the refresh switch from your main Dashboard Page.

Yes, you can cancel at any point and still use your estimates until your billing period concludes. Yearly plans are billed upfront for the whole year, with estimates valid for one year from the billing date.

Do unused estimates carry over to the next billing cycle?

Accepted Answer

No, unused estimates expire at the end of each billing cycle. However, you'll still have access to any estimates you've already created. Any additional estimates purchased also do not carry over — purchase only what you need for the current period.

We have 3 different monthly subscription plans. The plans allow you to create 2, 15, and 50 monthly estimates, respectively. The estimates expire at the end of the billing month.
