If you pause syncing for any inactive listing, you will not be charged after the end of current billing period. You can read more about it here: Billing Policy
Aside from the flat fee subscription, we also offer a percentage billing plan that is 1% of the total revenue that we’re seeing from your integrated platform (Booking Channels or PMS). Generally, flat fee plans are cheaper but if you prefer percentage plan, we have it available.

To receive your two free estimates, please create an account with PriceLabs and connect a listing to our Dynamic Pricing tool. If you already have existing listings in the tool, your account will be immediately granted two free estimate tokens.
You can use these tokens immediately to generate estimates. “Start by selecting the ‘Create New Estimate’ button found on the dashboard or the tool’s homepage. Simply input the address you’re interested in and follow the guided steps provided by the system. These complimentary estimates offer a perfect opportunity to discover the tool’s features and potential without any upfront cost.
Absolutely yes! We give you free estimates to try the tool before committing to a paid plan. You can also check out a sample estimate on the product introduction page.
We have 3 different monthly subscription plans. The plans allow you to create 2, 15 and 50 monthly estimates, respectively. The estimates expire at the end of the billing month
You can cancel at any point and still use your estimates until your billing period concludes. Yearly plans are billed upfront for the whole year, with estimates valid for one year from the billing date.
You are billed on your selected payment method at the time you purchase a plan. While renewing, we automatically charge your credit card at the start of the billing cycle. You’ll receive email notification from PriceLabs reminding you of any upcoming charges on your payment method.
