Avantio – PriceLabs integration
We're excited to announce our integration with Avantio VRMS - Avantio provides a comprehensive PMS, in-built Channel Manager with connections to world leading portals, & state-of-the-art, mobile-friendly Vacation Rental Websites. If you are new to Avantio and want to learn more, you can read more on their website or reach out to them here .
To get started with using PriceLabs and Avantio, you'll need to get the following from Avantio support: username, password, API key. Once you have these, you can follow these simple steps to connect your Avantio account with PriceLabs to start your one month free trial.
Note that unless you choose to sync prices by turning on the sync switch, we will not update anything on Avantio. With this in mind, we then recommend you to get familiar with your dashboard, review prices for your listings, play around with the various customizations, dynamic min-night settings, group level settings to get an understanding of how everything works.
Once you're comfortable and are ready to go live, we recommend that you start with turning on the sync switch for one of your listings, and then click sync now (takes a few minutes) to see how the prices and min-stay will show on Avantio. The rates and min-stay updated by PriceLabs will look like as follows (they'll have a tag from PriceLabs next to the name):
After testing things with the first listing, most users run a small test for some weeks during their free trial with 4-5 listings to better evaluate how everything works before turning on pricing for their entire portfolio. As you setup your portfolio, do keep in mind the capabilities to create and manage customizations and overrides with groups.
30-day free trial, No credit card required, No contract!

Using PriceLabs, we managed to grow our average length of stay from 3.1 nights to 4.3 nights, an increase of almost 40%. In the same period, we grew the revenue of these listings by more than 10%, even though we had lesser (but longer) stays.
