I joined PriceLabs about a year ago- what a year it's been! I could not be happier with my decision to join this incredible team. I've been given opportunities to learn and grow with plenty of support while having enough independence to feel ownership in my work. We are a diverse community with disparate backgrounds, but we are all hard workers who value work-life balance. We take time to acknowledge personal accomplishments, big and small. Work-wise, we all believe in our product and work together to bring the best iteration to our customers.

Working at PriceLabs is an engaging, challenging, and enjoyable experience. Each day gives me unique situations to solve, and I have ample scope to test multiple things before finding the solutions that stick. Having all my seniors and colleagues approachable at any time of the day helps get ideas validated easily and helps me get going in the right direction.

I joined PriceLabs in August 2021 when I got into the habit of working from home and the flexibility it gave me to be anywhere while working. I hadn't thought that I was becoming a part of an organization with such a great team that makes work fun, supports you, and helps you grow. I have implemented my existing skill set and had the opportunity to learn new skills and try them out. I am offered healthy criticism, too, to help me shape myself and realize my potential. We are even encouraged to focus on our personal achievements too when we are asked about them in every team meeting and applauded for them.

Working at PriceLabs has been a dream!! I joined PriceLabs very early on in my career, and I couldn’t be happier. The founders are super approachable and helpful, and the team has been exceptionally supportive. It's amazing how everyone is always ready to help you learn new skills and give you ample space to explore a path for yourself. I can confidently say that I belong to the “I love my job” group of people!!

When I joined PriceLabs last year as a QA Engineer, I was entrusted with the task of building a complete QA Process; the early responsibility helped me accelerate my growth and step up as a QA Lead. I've had plenty of chances to be able to learn new things, and it also made me turn and nurture my hobbies into skills. I love the culture here, which is trust-based and transparent, and the communication channels are open, so everyone is given a chance to be heard, irrespective of their position. Significantly, the benefits - flexible work hours, work-life balance, appreciation for work - are pretty commendable. I’ve been fortunate to be a part of this amicable environment that makes me who I am today.

It's been a wonderful experience working at PriceLabs! It has molded me in the best way possible. The work culture here is so good; it's filled with motivated and persevered people. The environment here is always welcoming, whether you are a fresher or a senior person. Since the day I joined here, I feel like I am a part of something bigger as I was introduced to the short-term rental industry.
