Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
No. With the official direct integration between PriceLabs and Booking.com, you can sync pricing without using a PMS.
Absolutely. Your data and credentials are securely managed and protected by PriceLabs through this official integration.
Yes. Even though the PriceLabs integration sends your prices and minimum stay rules to Booking.com, it does not sync your availability (blocked dates or bookings). For that, you still need to use iCal syncing.
iCal makes sure your calendar stays accurate across platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
Without it, you risk double bookings if someone books a stay on another platform but Booking.com isn’t updated.
- Log into your Booking.com extranet.
- Go to Calendar & Pricing > Sync Calendars.
- Export your Booking.com iCal link.
- Import this iCal link into Airbnb or Vrbo — this lets those platforms block dates already booked on Booking.com.
- Go to your Airbnb or Vrbo listing calendar settings.
- Export the iCal link for that listing.
- Import it into Booking.com’s Sync Calendar section — this ensures Booking.com knows when dates are booked elsewhere.
