Yes, our dynamic pricing for short term rentals gives you complete control over your prices. You can override our recommended prices for specific dates, set custom last-minute discounts, configure dynamic minimum stay rules, and apply custom pricing across groups, create seasonal settings, and many more.
Please see our pricing page for billing and pricing-related questions. Once your free trial is over, we charge for each listing that we successfully synced prices to during a billing cycle.
There are no additional costs or hidden fees involved in the 30-day free trial of PriceLabs Dynamic Pricing software. When you sign up for a free trial, you’ll have access to all the features and benefits without providing any payment information. After the 30-day trial, if you decide to continue using PriceLabs, you can choose a subscription plan that suits your needs. You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time.
Your rates are typically synced to your property management system (PMS) or booking channel once every night, between 6pm and 6am Chicago time (or 11pm to 1pm UTC depending on daylight savings). You can also schedule the price sync at a time of your choice in Advanced Settings.
Also, you have the option to manually sync rates whenever you want using the Sync Now button of our dynamic pricing tools for Airbnb.
Once your free trial to PriceLabs Dynamic Pricing tool is over, you can choose to continue by entering your payment information on the billing page.
Your first billing cycle will start when your free trial ends. After that, your billing cycles will happen around the same time each month. We start charging at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
