For me, it's hard to overstate the incredible impact that implementing PriceLabs has had on our business. If there is a single type of tech, STR operators should implement above all, it's a dynamic pricing pool. It probably singlehandedly increased our revenue by 20-30%.

We started using pricelabs a few weeks in and it helped juice our revenue. We went with a higher base price than suggested since they dont account for the fact that we have a pool. It helped us understand demand. If your not using dynamic pricing youre leaving $$$ on the table

@Pricelabs However the algorithm pushed the price to 28k using objective timely info… it didn’t use…lack of confidence…self doubt…hang ups… to set the price. I stayed up all night and asked myself… WHERE ELSE AM I PLAYING SMALL?
