Real-Time Sync upgrades your account from the standard 1–3 daily syncs to event-driven synchronization, enabling up to 24 pricing updates per day. The feature uses webhooks from your Property Management System (PMS) to detect key updates the moment they happen. This includes new reservations, cancellations, date modifications, and events such as room blocks for maintenance or group use. A sync is executed with a minimum interval of 60 minutes between revenue-related triggers, ensuring both speed and reliability.
Whenever a demand event occurs, Real-Time Sync instantly recalculates your rates using your occupancy-based pricing customizations and other existing rules.
